Hello World + My Postpartum Essentials

January 31, 2021

You might have noticed things got a little quiet around here. And for good reason, because I have someone to introduce to you: meet our gorgeous daughter Sophie. She arrived fashionably late but with lightning speed. I’m not one to share her entire birth story on this platform, but it was the home birth I so wished for. An overwhelming experience, yet the most natural empowering one I could imagine. So thankful to have her part of our family now, we couldn’t be more grateful for this precious girl to be in our arms.

September 19, 2020

Chamomile tea in one hand, a slice of delicious zucchini bread in the other. That’s what is going on while I’m writing this post. We still have an abundance of zucchini’s coming from our allotment, and I needed to get creative using them…Enter zucchini bread. To avoid the many heavily sugared recipes Google served up to me, I created my own, more nutritious version that I’m sharing with you today. This healthy zucchini bread is moist, subtly sweet & full of warming flavours that are so perfect for this season. We are ALL absolutely loving it here and I know you will too!

DIY Accordion Coat Rack

June 12, 2020

It’s an understatement to say that getting a coat rack sorted after moving house is not our strongest point. It’s one of those things that seem to take FOR-EVER and I’m not even sure why! We have lived in our home for 9 months now and all that time any visitor would awkwardly throw their coat over the couch due to a lack of a better option.
